Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson III has a long history of using his social media platforms to call out fellow celebrities on issues big and small. He will often make Instagram posts of different celebrity news and poke fun at it in his caption.

With the recent allegations and lawsuits against his fellow rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, 50 Cent is fully invested in calling him out, even going as far as teasing a new docuseries about him.

Here’s everything we know.

50 Cent Goes After Diddy

50 Cent began calling Combs out when Homeland Security raided the former record executive’s L.A. home.

Combs faced many accusations, including predatory behavior, assault, and hosting parties where these things took place.

50 Cent took to Instagram, posting screenshots of the raid and captioning it, “Now it’s not Diddy do it, it’s Diddy done. They don’t come like that unless they got a case.”

He then claimed that his production company would make the docuseries “Diddy Do It?” about the scandal. This series is meant to emulate the infamous Lifetime series, “Surviving R. Kelly.”

50 Cent Faces Criticism for Calling Diddy Out

50 also took to his social media to address people criticizing him for making the docuseries.

“I’m the only person in hip-hop culture that has produced any hit television, so why wouldn’t I be the person to produce it?” he asked, addressing people who accused him of profiting off of victims, “and I’m not on the tapes. See, some of the people who have been around in the culture who are not saying anything, that’s because they’ve been to the parties… they don’t know what part of their experiences are on tape.”

He’s also called out Jay-Z for not talking about Combs and posting a picture of Jay-Z on a milk carton as though he were missing.

50 Cent also spoke out when singer Cassie released a video depicting the abuse she faced with Diddy when in a relationship, prompting the hip-hop mogul to release an apology video. 50 Cent said, “This is not going to work, who is advising him right now? SMH bad move,” as his reaction to the viral video.

Trolling Other Celebs

50 Cent doesn’t confine his trolling to Combs. He often comes after other celebrities, usually in jest for more minor things.

On his X account, he has poked fun at Beyoncé’s new country album, “Cowboy Carter.” 50 Cent joked that he could do country better than Beyoncé with a fake country song attached to the post.

Additionally, he’s had a long-standing beef with boxer Floyd Mayweather, where he challenged Mayweather to “read a page of a ‘Harry Potter’ book.” The challenge was a jab at Mayweather for allegedly being unable to read.

Did 50 Cent Take It Too Far?

Despite the trolling and comedic nature of the posts, 50 often makes good points underneath the sarcasm and jokes. Many look forward to his reactions and take on certain topics. While some think that he takes his trolling and antics too far, others find him wildly entertaining.

What do you think about 50 Cent’s approach to drama? Do you like his trolling or think it’s too much?
