It’s pretty wild that’s we’re this deep into this, but Bravo’s hit series, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills kicked off its 14th season (yes, you read that right) on November 19, much to the delight of the fandom after a year-long wait following the conclusion of season 13.
Season 14 features RHOBH veterans Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, and Erika Jayne return; but Crystal Kung Minkoff and Annemarie Wiley have parted ways with the show. In heir stead, season 14 introduces two new newcomers: Bozoma Saint John and Jennifer Tilly.
This season has a lot in the pipeline, including the cast members navigating marriage turmoil in the public eye, attending extravagant galas, empty next syndrome, and new people in the mix shifting the group’s dynamics.
Here’s everything we know so far.
Bozoma Saint John
Bozoma Saint John is an experienced business executive who was Netflix’s Chief Marketing Officer for nearly two years, while Tilly is an actress who’s starred in Bride of Chucky (1998) and Bound (1996).
Both new cast additions have received a warm welcome from audiences. Saint John’s Instagram comments were filled with an outpouring of positive reactions.
“I LOVE LOVE LOVE your energy, and I think you’re beautiful!” says user lolls7h
“Obsessed!!!!!! You are a breath of fresh air!!!!!!! Stunning, smart and sassy!!!!” says user alyssa.s.shaprio.
Jennifer Tilly
The other new kid on the very posh Beverly Hills block is actor and professional poker player Jennifer Tilly. Tilly has had roles in a wide-range of well-known movies, including a significant number of voiceover projects from Spongebob to Family Guy.
Perhaps most famously, she voices and plays the human Tiffany Valentine, also known as Bride of Chucky, a role she reprised over several of the franchise’s installments.
Like Saint John, Tilly got an equally warm reception on her Instagram page, with fans showing their support and excitement.
“You’re stunning! Can’t wait to watch!” says user livelaughlovejennifertilly.
“Can’t wait to see more of you!!” says user aarcay26.
Catching Up With the RHOBH
As expected, this season is expected to deliver a mix of drama, tension, and plenty of extravagant parties. Episode 1 kicked off with a bang at Sutton Stracke’s Salvador Dali-inspired Surrealist Ball, featuring live animals and guests dressed to impress in over-the-top fashion.
Marriage turmoil takes center stage this season as Dorit Kemsley opens up about her separation from husband P.K. Kemsley. Following leaks ahead of season 13 about their living arrangements, Kemsley confirms the news in the season 14 premier.
Richards is dealing with the fallout of her own divorce from real estate magnate husband, Maurico Umansky and feelings of loneliness after daughter Alexia moved out.
Last week, Richards addressed “rumors out there” regarding being seen in public with with country music singer Morgan Wade following her split from Umanksy.
“Some were true, some were not true,” Richard says. “All the tabloids, all the stories out there, I know there’s a lot of curiosity about the person they always talk about—I’m not using her name intentionally; I don’t want to speak on anyone’s behalf except my own—right now, there’s just nothing to say.”
“I mean, I wish I had some story to say but that’s just not what it is,” Kyle adds.
Where to Catch Season 14
Fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are excited for another season of fun, drama, and friendship, curious to see how the new cast members will fare and if the RHOBH vets can handle the newcomer’s rising popularity.
