From travel mugs to makeup to beloved fashion brands, everyone is trying to collaborate with John Cho’s upcoming movie musical, Wicked, coming to theaters on November 22.

Adapted from the stage play, Wicked is a reimagining of the classic The Wizard of Oz. It tells the story of Elphaba, the future Wicked Witch of the West, and her unlikely friendship with Glinda, the Good Witch of the North. Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande, and Jonathan Bailey star in the film, which is projected to be one of the year’s biggest movies.

The Latest Brand to Collab With Wicked

Like other limited-edition Crocs collaborations, the Wicked X Crocs collection is available online only and is expected to sell out quickly.

The collaborations includes a pair of Elphaba Classic Clogs, Glinda Siren Clogs, and a five-pack of film-themed Jibbitz. The items retail for &69.99, $94.99, and $24.99, respectively.

The Elphabal Crocs come in the brand’s signature silhouette and feature a green metallic upper with a printed sole and a costume-inspired cuff around the heel strap. The shoes also come with six themed Jibbitz charms.

The Glinda Crocs come in the brand’s heeled Siren style, featuring a glittery upper and a platform sole with dimensional bubble detailing. Like the Elphaba pair, the shoes come with six themed Jibbitz, including a 3-D bubble.  

Crocs has joined Shay Mitchell’s Béis, Ariana Grande’s R.E.M. Beauty, and dozens of other travel, clothing, beauty, toy, and homeware brands in launching Wicked inspired collaborations and collectibles. 

Other Brand Collaborations

Crocs isn’t the only brand to collaborate with the upcoming movie musical.

Stanley released a limited edition black and shimmering emerald green tumbler, which is available at Target.

Upon the mug’s October 13 release, social media was abuzz with busy store locations and lines out the door as people tried to get their hands on the coveted, sure-to-sell-out 40 oz Quenchers.

Vera Bradley, Forever 21, and Cambridge Satchel have all released limited edition Wicked merchandise.

Most notably, one of the film’s stars has released her collaboration with the film through her makeup line. Grande’s R.E.M. Beauty has unveiled its collection of glowy and hydrating makeup and skin care. 

To sweeten the deal, Grande’s cosmetics brand is offering a free full-sized Midnight Shadows Lustrous Liquid Eyeshadow when customers spend $30 on R.E.M. Beauty Wicked products online at Ulta through Nov. 20 (or while supplies last). 

With the blockbuster-level status Wicked already has, there is no denying that companies everywhere will be offering their spin on the successful Broadway musical turned film.
