As Taylor Swift’s record-shattering Eras Tour nears its end, the pop icon continues to deliver surprises, debuting new outfits and a special guest during her second show in Miami on Saturday, Oct. 19.

With just two stops left, including a highly anticipated weekend in Vancouver this December, Swift is making sure every moment of The Eras Tour is special and memorable for fans.

Taylor Swift incorporates a unique element into each tour stop by creating original mash-ups of her songs, typically during the more intimate, acoustic portion of her set. These mash-ups change from city to city, allowing her to deliver a distinct experience for each audience and ensuring that no two performances are the same.

Before launching into her acoustic set at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Swift took a moment to address the sold-out crowd, sharing insight into how she selected the final destinations for her tour.

“I love that you guys notice these things,” she remarked. You can see a video a lucky Swiftie captured of the moment here.

Some fans interpreted this comment as a nod from Swift hinting that her evolving wardrobe choices might offer clues about upcoming projects and re-releases.

But the excitement didn’t stop there.

Florence Welch Joins Taylor Swift for Special Performance

Both Friday and Saturday’s shows featured a special guest appearance from Florence Welch, front woman of Florence + The Machine. The two powerhouse vocalists performed Florida!!! from Swift’s latest album, The Tortured Poets Department.

As can be seen in one X’s user’s recording of the performance, the artistic chemistry between the singers was palpable. It culminates in a heartwarming onstage moment as Welch cradled Swift’s face and embraced her, much to the delight of fans.

Swift’s New Stage Outfits Spark Fan Frenzy

Swift also debuted a fresh lineup of outfits across her sets, which sent fans into a frenzy. Each new look added a touch of sparkle and excitement to the already high-energy performances. And as always, fans hoped these outfit changes signaled Swift’s intent to drop re-records or new music soon.

The first outfit change came during the Fearless era, where Swift stunned in a silver and blue sequin fringe dress paired with matching cowboy boots. Fearless‘s re-release as Fearless (Taylor’s Version) was already released in 2021. Though no comment has come from Swift’s camp, it’s pretty unlikely Swift is going to re-release Fearless again—especially considering there are two albums left to complete the entirety of the Taylor’s Version project.

The second outfit change fans noted was during her acoustic set on night one when she sported as a sleeveless, teal and lipstick-red ombre dress.

Even the Midnights era got a wardrobe update, featuring a chic new t-shirt dress.

However, the most buzzed-about change was reserved for her Reputation era. Swift swapped out her signature black-and-red sequined snake bodysuit for a sleek black-and-gold version, fueling speculation that the release of Reputation (Taylor’s Version) is imminent. And with it, hopefully some sweet, sweet new vault tracks.

Swift is known for her Easter egg foreshadowing of upcoming projects, Swifties hypothesized the singer would dawn a new look ahead of the Reputation (Taylor’s Version) release. Accordingly, it is no wonder why the fandom was ecstatic to see the superstar step out in a black-and-gold snake bodysuit for the first time, taking it as a queue that Reputation, TV is on it’s way.
